In the first 10 minutes, I was stopped several times by the gusts. Eventually I made my way down to the trails where the trees broke up the wind and I was able to fall into a pace.

Among the easier hours I've ever done. Staying in the 133-139 heart rate range was no problem. Wasn't doing that several months ago.

Finished with a little hip and heel niggle. A few days of short runs should fix that up though.
